Each regional show must file applications by October 1 of the year prior to the show. The Board of Directors should approve Judges before the Show Committee officially contacts the judges. Prior approval of the judge by the Board of Directors is meant to keep the standard of judges high as well as eliminate the problem of having the same judge at one or more regional show or the national during the same show season.
