To complete a Lease Form you MUST submit the Original Certificate of Registration to the National Office along with the form below.
Leases stating a definite date of termination may only be terminated prior to the lease expiry date by written notice to the Society by both parties to the lease agreement. Leases not stating a definite date of termination may be terminated by written notice to the Society by either party to the lease agreement.
