Please note that a copy of your Registration Application will be e-mailed to the e-mail you provide in the form for your records.

You must fill in every required field.  We suggest checking your e-mail for confirmation of receipt after you click submit before closing out this page.  If you fail to fill in every required field, the form will not send and will mark the missing fields to prompt you to complete them.  Be sure to scroll back down the page and check after hitting submit.
Your card will NOT be charged until you correctly submit the form.

Ponies or Cobs imported from other countries will be registered at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Write the secretary for provisions for imported ponies.
2. Applications for Registration of foals will not be accepted if the dam of the foal is not three years old or older in the calendar year in which the foal is born.
3. All applications must bear the signature of owner or authorized agent of record.
4. Stallion Service Report and annual $15.00 filing fee from owner of stallion must be on file at the Society’s headquarters no later than December 31st of the year of service BEFORE THE RESULTING FOAL CAN BE REGISTERED. 5. Registration fee for colt foals is the same as for other Welsh Ponies and Cobs; however, upon submission of the first service report for a stallion, an additional registration fee of $75.00 and DNA typing will be required. If a stallion for which the additional fee has been paid is gelded within 30 months after the first reported service, $50.00 will be refunded upon receipt of completed castration report and certificate of registration by the Society headquarters.
6. All foals with a Section B parent must be registered as Section B. The certificates for all ponies over 12:2 hands in height must be returned to the Society headquarters for the addition of a “B” to their numbers; for Cobs, over 13:2 hands in height requires a section change to “D”.
