Shows with two performance divisions are considered separate shows and must submit separate application forms.
Be sure to also complete a judge application and membership form (if applicable) for any Guest Judges. A Complete Class List must be submitted no less than 90 days before the show. Applications (with class list) received between 89 – 60 days prior to deadline will result in triple sanctioning fees. Applications received less than 60 days will be returned. Complete prize list must be submitted to WPCSA no less than 60 days prior to the show. Approval must be received prior to distribution to exhibitors. Note: Remember to show prize money allocation in the prize list with a total of prize money listed in the premium being sure it has met the show rating minimum requirement.
